COVID-19 - We Are In This Together

Our HOME is our FRONT-LINE base for self-growth, centering, and attainment. The PRECONDITIONS necessary to make our HOME the residence for optimal development, is to make sure it KEEPs us SAFE by providing the ESSENTIAL needs. Fresh air, sunshine, warmth, healthy relationships, positivity, peace, and rest are some of the STAY AT HOME all-important ESSENTIALs. QUARANTINE in such an environment provides security, belonging, identity, privacy, love and enables us to succeed. In contrast, a HOME that is led by negative energy, devoid of these ESSENTIALS, face a SOCIAL DISTANCING issue, since their survival is dependent upon being surrounded by people that are more uplifting.

Despite the QUARANTINE regulations, we can thrive EVER UPWARD in a healthy home. We can work to FLATTEN THE CURVE to our most daunting challenges and tackle the HOTSPOTs. We can take assistance from our built-up reserves of PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT by sticking to our POSITIVE CASE histories, using affirmations, and staying POSITIVE. Additionally, a true smile and act of kindness are pragmatic STIMULUS that will guide us in the right direction (it is not about the money;). We deserve self-care, treated with GLOVES and by being authentic with ourselves, MASKING nothing, we can be goal focused. Better self-care practices will ultimately help us STOP THE SPREAD to negative behaviors thereby helping us DRIVE-THRU fulfilling, successful days.  

This PANDEMIC affected everyone. Even more, the situation is UNPRECEDENTED, and we cannot predict the future. Small acts of HEROISM and good deeds will get us there. By helping ourselves, we in essence help society as we create POSITIVE vibes that circulates in the world. Our HOME is part of our self-definition and now is the time to really dwell in its beauty. DISTANCED, yet UNITED, for one goal – becoming a better person. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER and will emerge stronger than ever.
